McClures Pickles is a producer of fine quality pickles, mixes, and chips based out of Brooklyn, NY and Detroit, MI. McClures Pickles has used a family recipe since the beginning and takes great care to produce the same quality even as they grow. This is why the came to us, to help come up with a solution to scale up their production while maintaining the same quality family recipe.
